PhantomPathVPN Ltd resells and facilitates privacy, security and connectivity services, including VPN access, travel eSIM data and virtual numbers. Some services rely on third-party network operators and infrastructure. All services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis without auto-renewal.
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your assigned access credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use PhantomPath services.
Service activation begins after successful payment processing. Prices may change for future purchases, but an active pass remains valid for the duration purchased.
Cancellation and refund rights are described in the Refund Policy and remain subject to applicable law and the status of the service supplied. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
Services depend in part on third-party network operators and infrastructure, so uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed and external outages may occur.
Network partners may use automated systems to detect volumetric anomalies, spam, malicious traffic patterns, fraud and abuse. This operational monitoring does not mean PhantomPath records VPN browsing activity or traffic content.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PhantomPathVPN Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
